WOMEN’S DAY:

YOU CAN WATCH THEIR FANTASTIC DISCUSSION IN THE VIDEO ABOVE!

“I’D LOOK AT AN INSPIRATIONAL PERSON AS SOMEONE WHO SHOWS STRONG LEADERSHIP SKILLS, A GREAT ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE AND WHO SHOWS EMPATHY, AND WHO CONDUCTS THEMSELVES IN A REMARKABLE WAY.”

THE PANEL

“MY TOP TIP FOR YOUNG WOMEN JOINING THE ORGANISATION IS TO BE YOURSELF AS A WOMAN. WE BRING DIVERSITY INTO THE ROOM AND WE’RE ABLE TO THINK ABOUT THINGS A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENTLY – SO DON’T GET CAUGHT UP TRYING TO BE SOMEBODY ELSE.”

“I THINK IT’S REALLY IMPORTANT AS A YOUNG FEMALE LEADER NOT TO FEEL AS IF YOU HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING, YOU JUST HAVE TO LEARN TO GET EVERYTHING DONE.”

OUR OWN INSPIRATIONAL WOMEN

On 8th March, we celebrated International Women’s Day and team members across Cox Automotive International committed to their own #ChooseToChallenge pledge.

We took the opportunity to talk to three inspirational women from across Cox Automotive International to ask them about the challenges they have faced in their careers and how they’ve overcome them, their aspirations for the future generation and their top tips for young women starting their career today.
